Head Housekeeper from Mill House Care Home in Chipping Campden has been shortlisted as a finalist for one of the most prestigious awards in the care sector.
Marzena Chmielewska has been selected as a finalist at this year’s National Care Awards.
Marzena has been nominated for the Care Housekeeper of the Year Award. Marzena demonstrates exceptional dedication, innovation, and a person-centred approach in her role, ensuring the highest quality of service for residents and colleagues.
Home Manager Stacey Roblin expressed her delight in the news, “Marzena is an integral part of the team. She leads by example and alongside her role can often be seen in the town enjoying a walk with the residents – often heard to say, “let’s go for an ice cream!”
In addition, Aria Care have also been shortlisted in 5 other categories including Large Care Home Group of the Year.
