At Mill House Care Home in Chipping Campden, we are celebrating our wonderful administrator Robyn’s 15-year work anniversary.
Joining Mill House in September 2009 as a Sunday receptionist, Robyn has remained a dedicated member of the team progressing through various receptionist roles which then led to her current role as full-time administrator.
When asked what her favourite part of her job was, Robyn replied, “I love the fact that it is an office role but not an office job – it is people-facing and resident-focused.”
Reflecting on the previous 15 years, one of Robyn’s favourite moments was when she won a cake competition for her bake that was inspired by Broadway Tower.
When asked what ‘Care from the Heart’ means to her, she replied, “it comes naturally to me, it is thinking of the best interests of others and putting their happiness first.” Robyn went on to say, “I am very happy in my role at Mill House.”
Home Manager Stacey said, “Robyn is a very dedicated and respected member of the team. Her teamwork and support of other departments is evident daily. She has a great relationship with all residents, relatives, and staff. Well done!”
