The team at Knowle Park Care Home have started to hold ‘Meet the Team’ Mondays from February. First up was our Home Manager, Caroline.
Caroline started at the home in January and says her favourite thing about Knowle Park is the unique character of the home supported by an excellent team. When she is not at work, Caroline enjoys singing in a choir, doing yoga, swimming and being with her family. She has an open door policy and welcomes all for a cuppa and chat.
Next to be part of the ‘Meet the Team’ Mondays is our Head Chef Simon. He has recently started at Knowle Park and has a depth of experience working as a chef in hotels and restaurants. Simon’s favourite thing about Knowle Park is the friendly staff and residents and the welcoming reception he has had. When Simon isn’t at work, he spends time with his some and enjoys country walks with his dog Marley.
So far this month we have also introduced one of our healthcare assistants, Teresa, who has over 10 years’ experience in care and is a real asset to our team. Teresa’s favourite thing about Knowle Park is the staff and the location. When not in work, Teresa enjoys gardening and visiting family and friends in Poland.
