Huntercombe Hall plants a tree for the Jubilee

The team at Huntercombe Hall Care Home have become involved in the Queen’s Green Canopy. This is a unique tree planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee. It invites people from across the United Kingdom to ‘Plant a Tree for the Jubilee’.

Earlier this year Her Majesty The Queen became the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee. This marked her 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth.

The first trees of Huntercombe Hall’s Jubilee Canopy Orchard were planted, as we look to transform the grounds into a healthy well-being space for our residents and their friends and families to enjoy.

Huntercombe Hall provides residential, nursing and dementia care on a permanent or short stay basis. If you are looking for a care home and want to find out more about our home call freephone 0808 223 5515.
