Hulcott Nursing Home in Aylesbury recently enjoyed an afternoon of live performances in collaboration with Aylesbury Open Microphone.
Knowing how much the residents love live music and a little singalong, Wellbeing Lead Decena arranged to meet local musician Simon Aldridge to talk about the possibility of having the open mic held at Hulcott Nursing Home.
Local musicians joined the event to showcase their talents and entertain residents, relatives, and the local community. A round of applause for all the performers; Simon Aldridge, Keith Pottinger, Nicola Gray, Stitch Dines, Angel Dines, Gerald, Basia, and Nick.
Decena commented, “Thank you to Simon Aldridge and Annette Jones for helping to organise the event. Your passion and dedication to musical entertainment brings joy to Hulcott Nursing Home. It was a fantastic afternoon, we were thrilled to have the open mic in Hulcott’s garden.”
