With spring trying to make an appearance in some places residents at Heffle Court took a drive out to enjoy lots of sightseeing in the past week.
Many of our residents like to venture outdoors and go out on day trips. This can be a great way to socialise with other residents, stay mobile with a gentle walk and get some fresh air and have a change of scene.
Many of us welcome the chance to enjoy some quality time, relaxing and taking in the sights around us. Heffle Court residents took in the views of Ashdown Forest whist enjoying some tea and sandwiches. We also went through the village of Glynde – where we saw some beautiful houses and scenery. We even took a wrong turn and ended up finding a little gem on the South Downs Way!
The residents had a great time and we look forward to doing more of this exploring as the weather improves over the next few months.
Heffle Court has 39 bedrooms, which are comfortable and welcoming and provide a secure, safe environment for our residents. The home provides specialist residential dementia and nursing dementia care on a permanent or short stay basis.
