It’s fun to reminisce the past and the residents and team at Galsworthy House got the local MP and community involved with the Aria Care Treasured Memories project. It was a chance to preserve their words of wisdom and memories for future generations to find, by putting together a time capsule and placing it in the grounds at the home.
Our local MP Sarah Olney attended the time capsule ceremony, and everyone had a great party with lots of lovely food and many interesting discussions between the residents and our guests.
Home Manager Eva Trochim said: “This time capsule is a good way to reminisce about the past and all the good that happened. Our residents enjoy the close relationship they have with the local community and had a lot of fun getting involved in the project and the ceremony. Thank you to everyone who made this day special”.
