Reviews
Caring care staff, conscientious Concierge, happy housekeepers. Amazing team work makes Thames View the wonderful home that it is. I wouldn’t think twice about Thames View for a loved ones care. Nothing is too much trouble for any resident or family member. Every task and request is fulfilled with a smile on all of the staffs faces.
Genuine care is hard to find nowadays and myself and all the family feel very blessed and grateful to have been able to place a loved one in not only luxury but such a caring environment.
To be able to leave our loved one without having a doubt or worry when we aren’t there is absolutely priceless.
A huge heart-felt thank you to everyone at Thames View, you truly made a sad situation the happiest it could have possibly been.
Definitely a Home of Compassion
She suffered from vascular dementia, and so had short term memory loss and had mobility problems. However, she enjoyed singing, concerts, arts and crafts and all the other activities that the home had to offer. She was well looked after by the nursing staff, who are experienced and genuinely caring, until her life ended there, peacefully and in comfort.
I cannot praise the home and its staff highly enough. The nursing team were always kind, friendly and welcoming; the activities team imaginative, understanding and unfailingly delightful.
I believe that the Home of Compassion offered the best possible environment to an old lady in declining health. I thank everyone there for their dedication and care.
Nestled in a charming location, this exquisite residence provides a wide array of amenities catering to individuals seeking residential, nursing, and dementia care. Featuring a breathtaking garden complemented by a bistro, cozy lounges, a cinema room, and a hair salon – this home offers unparalleled comfort and luxury. Meet the Manager
Paul is our General Manager at Thames View, here’s a little bit more about himself and the home in his own words:
“I believe that our residents should be treated with the highest quality of care possible and endeavour to ensure that my team and I always maintain this, whilst making each day memorable.
I take a lot of pleasure from spending time with relatives and residents, understanding the important contribution that these relationships make to the successful running of our community.
I have worked in the hospitality sector my entire career and have had the opportunity of working and managing a large private hospital as well as amazing hotels. My previous experience means that I can therefore provide a service to our residents, families, guests, and colleagues, which is the highlight of my day.
At Thames View, we are one big family and everything we do is from the heart, delivering care with empathy and always being helpful to our residents and team for no other reason than to make a difference every day.”
