At Holmwood Care Centre in Kidderminster we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.
Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Caring Café
Date: Last Thursday of the month – LAUNCHING Thursday 28th August (Joined by Michele Saunders – Dementia Wellbeing Manager at Aria Care).
Time: 10.30am – 11.30am
Come along and join us for our caring and supportive coffee morning, an opportunity for those living with dementia and their carers to meet our residents and team, take some time to come in for a chat whilst enjoying cakes and beverages.
