As we head into the warmer months, it’s the perfect time to get into the garden. At Aria Care we believe in the power of teamwork, which is why we launched our Spring into Summer initiative this May, with a ‘One Team Approach’. We understand the importance of making a great first impression, so we rallied our teams to work together and get ready for the summer.
Both the team and those ‘green-fingered’ residents at Cranmer Court Care Home are extremely proud of their home and thoroughly enjoyed getting involved in our Aria in Bloom activity.
Our team worked very hard with the help from our residents and relatives, putting new plants in pots and hanging baskets. We tidied our flower beds and added a colourful selection of new plants and flowers. We also cleaned and tidied our patio areas and planted some beautiful flowers in our raised beds. Our wonderfully talented chefs made a delicious lunch for everyone who helped on the day.
Despite an hour of rain, it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits and our outside space at Cranmer Court is looking beautiful. Everyone should be very proud of all the hard work carried out and deserve our gratitude for participating in our Aria in Bloom day.
Aria in Bloom will become a yearly activity that everyone across the company will get involved with, helping our homes prepare for the warmer days ahead. Our residents will then be able to enjoy their outdoor spaces and give them and their visitors a beautiful space to unwind.
