Aria Healthcare Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Future Care Group (FCG), adding a further 18 homes to the Aria portfolio.
Following our launch in December 2022, Aria Care has quickly cemented itself within the sector as a successful provider of care and one that was recognised as ‘Best Large Care Provider’ at the 25th National Care Awards.
The acquisition represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and underpins our presence and commitment to being the leading provider of care in the sector.
The move expands the Aria portfolio to 68 communities. Caroline Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, of Aria Care said: “We are thrilled to welcome Future Care Group to the Aria family.
