Antony Brister
Chief Financial Officer
Antony is an FCCA qualified accountant and experienced CFO who moved into the social care sector in 2018 after holding senior finance roles in the hotels and hospitality industry.
Throughout his career, he has focused on multi-site businesses within industry-leading organisations. Antony previously served as CFO for other prominent healthcare providers and specialised care groups.
Karl Dawson
Operations Director
Karl is a highly experienced professional with 25 years of retail leadership experience under his belt. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of regional, head office, and store leadership roles, gaining valuable insights and knowledge in the retail sector.
Eight years ago, Karl joined the care sector, where he took on regional and national roles. With a passion for developing both people and the business, Karl has been instrumental in driving growth and success within his respective organisations.
Karl’s knowledge and experience will enable Aria Care to drive forward important projects which in turn will support us in achieving our business objectives and implementing innovative practices across the portfolio.
Daren Dalmedo
Operations Director
With over 15 years of experience in health and social care operations, Daren is responsible for operational leadership and management. He has extensive experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of health and social care services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
Passionate about making a difference, Daren combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of the sector’s opportunities and challenges to enhance service delivery for residents and stakeholders.
Mark Sims
Director of Quality and Governance
Mark is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience working across the adult health and social care sectors, including the NHS, health & social care regulation, home management and senior leadership roles for large private healthcare providers.
Mark has studied to Masters Degree level and holds an MSc in Medical Anthropology from the University of Brunel and well as a Degree in Health & Social Care and a Higher National Diploma in Adult Nursing from Portsmouth University.
Mark’s most recent role, prior to joining Aria Care Homes, was Heading up the Regulatory Governance function for another major care group, where he was proud to be part of a team delivering high quality support to operational & support colleagues, something he is keen to carry on whilst working with colleagues at Aria.
Chris Rudolph
Business Insights Manager
Chris has over 27 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, working for some of the UK’s largest providers in a variety of marketing, sales and business intelligence roles.
Chris has expertise in management information systems, reporting and metrics and provides evidence-based insight to support strategic and tactical decision making across the organisation whilst also managing Aria Care’s customer contact centre.
Marianne Milton
People Director
Marianne has over 25 years’ experience working within HR. Initially within the manufacturing industry, primarily for a multinational conglomerate before moving into the Health and Social Care sector where she has supported and driven the People agenda within Aria for the last 15 years.
Marianne is passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace encouraging creativity and productivity. She believes that people are what makes us great, enabling them to be the best versions of themselves benefits our residents and families within our communities with true care from the heart.
