Christmas Day at Abbeycrest Nursing Home in Sonning Common was filled with festive cheer and memorable moments, with a special visit from Santa who visited each resident, delivering presents and putting smiles on a lot of faces. The team also took a festive drinks trolley around, offering residents a selection of mulled wine and other Christmassy refreshments!
Everyone enjoyed a range of activities throughout the day, including Christmas carol singing, with team members joining in for a heartwarming performance. Christmas lunch featured roast turkey, roast beef, and traditional Christmas pudding.
A resident’s daughter took a moment to thank the team for their hard work on this special day, showing appreciation for all the effort that made Christmas so magical at Abbeycrest.
