Abbeycrest celebrates apprentice’s success

As National Apprenticeship Week kicks off across the nation, Abbeycrest have proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of Aria Care’s apprenticeship programme.

During an unexpected visit to Abbeycrest, Alina Lazar, an apprentice and Registered General Nurse, was awarded a certificate and flowers by Lucy Crossley, Business Development Manager at Paragon Skills, in recognition of her outstanding achievement as the first apprentice to attain a Level 5 qualification since the Aria-Paragon partnership started in March 2023.

National Apprenticeship Week is a dedicated time to recognise and applaud the positive impact of apprenticeships on individuals, businesses, and the economy as a whole.

“Our partnership with Paragon has been instrumental in leading a dynamic learning environment for our apprentices,” said Kelly Howell, Chief People Officer. “Alina’s accomplishment is a testament to the quality of our apprenticeship programme.”

Alina expressed her gratitude for the opportunities provided through the apprenticeship. “I am thrilled to have completed my qualification and am truly grateful for the support and guidance I received throughout this journey. I look forward to continuing my career at Abbeycrest.”

As Aria Care continues to champion their apprentices during National Apprenticeship Week, the company remains committed to providing a nurturing environment for aspiring professionals to thrive.
