At Mill House Care Home we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.
Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:
Mindsong
Date: Bi-weekly, every second and fourth Thursday
Time: 2pm – 3:15pm
Come along to our bi-weekly Mindsong event. A great group of local volunteers from Chipping Campden join us to sing traditional songs with residents, relatives, and staff.

Paws and Pours Cafe at Mill House
Date: Last Thursday of every month
Time: 11am – 12pm
Join Mill House in their monthly Paws and Pours Cafe. Homemade doggy biscuits and puppichinos for our four-legged friends and humans will be looked after too. Lots of cuddles await.—————–

Hepatology Drop-In
Date: Monday 20th January 2025
Time: 12pm – 5pm
Gloucester Royal Hospital’s hepatology team will be at Mill House offering liver screening and blood-borne virus testing drop-in sessions.
