At Bradbury House we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.
Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Care Home Open Week!
Date: Monday 16th June
Time: 2:30pm – 3:30pm
We are happy to have talented singer Roy Lodge perform classic hits by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole.
Date: Tuesday 17th June
Time: From 11am
Mark will be joining us from the Frederick Douglas Performing Academy and will be performing ‘The good old days’ seated exercise with the residents.
Date: Wednesday 18th June
Time: 2:45pm – 3:45pm
We are excited to be receiving a visit from the Blackwater Pygmy Goats.
Date: Thursday 19th June
Time: From 10:30am
John Ray infants Choir will be performing for the residents.
Date: Friday 20th June
Time: From 10:30am
The children from Kidorable Pre-school will visiting.
