Aria Care Group has announced that Ruth Yates will take up the role of Managing Director of Operations, assuming full operational responsibility for the group’s 50 communities. The move supports Aria’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its position within the care sector market.
Ruth said: “I’m really excited about the new role. It’s a great organisation and I work with amazing people – everybody wants to do the right thing, so now it’s about bringing it together for a consistent approach, still with individuality and personality.”

Moving forward, Aria’s goal remains the same: to ensure strategic decisions are made to drive the highest levels of quality care, have an engaged and competent workforce and to drive growth across the portfolio, which will ultimately create a solid, sustainable, high performing organisation.
