Kingsclear Local Community Events

At Kingsclear Care Home we understand the importance of supporting residents to maintain links with their local communities. That’s why we play an active part in our community. We hold events throughout the year, and work closely with groups, schools and charities to ensure residents continue to enjoy a rewarding social life, and the chance to make new friends and try new things.

Our aim is to put a focus on the community. We want to boost morale and encourage neighbourly togetherness as well as to improve health and wellbeing in the district. Below are details of our upcoming events:

Kingsclear Memory Café
Date: Last Thursday of Every Month
Time: 2pm – 4pm

Join us for our Memory Café to hear from our team and guest speakers providing information and advice around living well with dementia. It is an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Aria Care Coffee Club
Date: Every Monday
Time: 10.30am – 12pm

This weekly event will be a great place for likeminded people from around the community to get together and make friends, take part in social activities and discuss local issues, all while enjoying a cuppa.

Have a cuppa on us! – Blue Light Event
Date: Last Friday of Every Month
Time: 8am – 10.30am

For our NHS and Emergency Services heroes, we’d like to offer you a lovely cup of coffee or tea with a bite to eat – bacon roll or sausage bap. It’s just one of the ways we like to say thank you, from everyone at Kingsclear Care Home. Email or call to place your order.
