Recently at Dormy House Care Home in Sunningdale, the residents enjoyed an afternoon of musical fun.
An accomplished artist and music teacher, local musician Jim Alerone visited Dormy House to entertain the residents. Armed with his mandolin, ukelele, accordion, and a range of guitars, he performed a medley of their favourite songs.
Bringing so much fun by creating a great party atmosphere, our residents joined in by using their percussion instruments to rock ‘n’ roll alongside Jim.
Joined by the activities and care team, they also enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea which was provided by the talented kitchen team.
Home Manager Carmela said, “it was a joy to see so many smiles from the residents and the team.”
